The virtual consultation should be considered as a second medical opinion and in no case substitutes the normal medical visit. Please, write down all data that you consider medically relevant for your problem (chronic illnesses, etc).You will receive the answer as soon as possible (normally within 10 days time) with our recommendations.

Virtual Consultation Fee: 50.00 €

When you send this formulary you will be transferred to a bank web where you will proceed with the payment. For security reasons the Sleep Center will have no access to your credit car number or to the bank account number used to do the payment. Similarly the bank will not know your personal data and it only will have a consultation reference number and the amount of money to be paid.
In accordance with the "Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LO 15/1999)" (Personal Data Protection Law) which is applied in Spain all data will be confidentially processed by our medical staff with the only purpose of answering your consultation.
